Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails.
• Schedule estimates and jobs for technicians.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with scheduling software is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to problem-solve.
